Welcome!

Hello Cramp Community:

I am very excited to be part of the Cramp community and have the honor to serve as a proud Principal! I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of you. It feels surreal to be in the building and hallways where I was a student. I grew up on Lee and Tioga; my family owned a home there from 1988 until 2006. Cramp is where teachers saw my leadership skills, capacity I had for learning and nurtured my love of reading. This led to me continuing my education to a doctorate level and also working as an adjunct professor in teacher and leadership education programs. I understand the impact a teacher can have on the life of a child. My professional background is in literacy instruction and instructional coaching. I am a former dual language (Spanish/English) teacher and have an Autism Endorsement. If you need to reach me my email is yrodriguez2@philasd.org.

Sincerely,

Dr. Yonaira Rodriguez

Atentamente,

Dra. Yonaira Rodriguez
